Dr.S.Tara Kalyani born in the year 1974, received her B.E Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from O.U College of Engineering,Hyderabad,India in 1995 and M.E with Industrial Drives & Control as Specialization from O.U College of Engineering, Hyderabad, India in 1998.She obtained her doctorate from JNTU in 2008.She is having 14 years of teaching experience and 6 years of research experience. She joined the JNTU as a Associate Professor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering and served the department for 5years.She was Assistant Director of UGC-Academic Staff College for a period of one year later she was appointed as Deputy Director of UGC-Academic Staff College.
Her research interests include Power Electronics,Industrial Drives & FACTS Devices.She has guided many UG and PG projects.She has published 9 technical research papers in various international journals and conferences.
